Spring Squeezing Contest ~ Judges Profile

So often in a contest, you hear little about the judges. We wanted to take some time to give you more about the judges for our Spring Squeezing Contest…and of course, keeping it cheeky.

KeyeCullen is pure FUN! Between being married and a mom, she finds that precious time to devote naughty thoughts to Rob. *sighs* Who can blame her, really! And when she isn’t thinking about Rob and his, um, assets, she is spending her time over at Free Writers and Readers where she is an admin, helping the newbies, as well as admin on one shot contests that FWAR hosts. Depends on the situation but if with Rob, then rough and leaves you breathless kind of kiss.  ROTF!

Cotton.  I live in the South and it’s hot!  LOL

Oh gosh...a ton!  Personal, work, for the fandom or everything all combined?

IamTheAlleyCat must be a cat in real life with all the things she does. Among her love of Twilight she has a deep appreciation of manga, Anime, Harry Potter, the “Inheritance” Trilogy by Christopher Paollini, “The Tales of the Otori” by Lian Hearn, Nora Roberts and Kai Meyer (German author). Her Twilight fanfic, The Other Side of Tomorrow, is a great place to start with her works, giving you a different kind of Bella after New Moon. She is a movie goer, a book reader, a writer and a fan of American T.V. *coughs-ONCE-coughs* And not only does she reside in Germany, she speaks (reads and write) English, she is attending University for Japanese! SaritaDreaming is a motley of adjectives, the list so long that we don't have enough space to write them all. A few on the short list include: sweet, kind, generous, funny, cheeky, and of course busy. SaritaDreaming has a lot on her plate these days to balance. Not only is she a mother but in her own words, she is obsessed with all that is Twilight. Her fanfic includes a variety of stories, from the dark and wickedly sexy Izzy in I Want It Painted Black, to her collaboration with wmr1601 that brings us the sweet and sassy Edward and Bella with a trying love in Speak Now, and a dark Vampward struggling to save Bella in Red Krytonite. And the fun with SaritaDreaming doesn't stop there. She is writing a book!

This is Untamed00notbroken first step into the ocean of Twilight Fanfic; her stories mostly falling under the misc. books category.

1.) If someone was interested in Twilight, would you tell them to read the books first, watch the movies first or read nothing but smutty fanfic?

If someone was interested in Twilight, I would suggest them reading the books before watching the movies. Smutty fanfics are good all the time I would think since not many are 'word for word' to the books and are often just spin offs with a little somthin' dirty.

2.) Be honest, in reading fanfic, what have you learned about sex that you didn't know before?

The man's point of view on what sex feels to them. As I am female, I have no idea what having an erection feels like or what it's like having a woman's touch, or entering her body. It's very interesting since I want to go further into writing from a MPOV.

3.) Do you get tingling when writing your lemons? If yes, explain why is that important to you.

In the beginning, no, I felt nothing while writing lemons other than the heat on my face from embarrassment. I had no idea what I was doing when I first started writing, and I'm still learning. Every now and then I will admit to getting a tingling feeling in the pit of my stomach as my ability to write sex became more easy and I started developing a 'flare' and a 'feel' for it.

4.) What's your favorite sexy times position to read about in fanfic, but that you aren't too crazy about in real life?


I like shower sex in fanfictions. There are so many ways you can play that card while writing to make it hot and passionate, or just a lazy, sweet way to wake up in the morning. However, in the real world, my shower is tiny so it is rather awkward, and the tile is cold as hell against you back. Sometimes I like being dominant which is nearly impossible in that stupid shower. Great idea in writing, but not in reality where I'm living.

5.) Who would be your ultimate, non-canon pairing for a smut fest in Twific?

Hmm, that is a difficult one to decide actually. I think Alice, and a AU younger Charlie would be cute? This is a very hard question as I am in love with Carlisle and Esme :D

6.) Sweet and gentle in the bedroom or rough and tied up in the playroom?

I like wild and playful. Sweet and gentle is nice, but, doing crazy things is much more fun. 

7.) How do you like your lemons best: sweet, meaningful and a little abstract so you can infer things, or hot, descriptive, and straight-forward? And tell us why!

It depends on the style of writing and that is happening in the plot along with the personality of the characters. If they are loud and outgoing, then I expect the lemon to reflect them. Sometimes though having sweet and meaningful love is better though. It also depends on the day and what I am interested in at the time, I suppose.

8.) What's serves as your inspiration when writing a good lemon? Music? pics? real-life experience?

I am an old man secretly and listen to classical music which is not a very good inspiration for dirty talking and slutty lemons. It's just pretty. I don't find pictures really inspirational for lemons either. If I am looking for something I just flip through a bunch of the 'romance' (but they have mass murder in them?) novels on my shelves and piece together a little somethin' from a bunch of them mixed with my own personal experiences and imagination. I get a lot of ideas from a wide variety of novels.

9.) Emmett Cullen walks into a bar and is carrying what?

A gun. I always thought Emmet would make a good cop. A good dirty 'let's fuck right here, right now' cop ;)

I would tell them to read the books first, then to watch the films for a good laugh, and then to go and read lots of smutty fanfic!

2.) Be honest, in reading fanfic, what have you learned about sex that you didn't know before?

I have learned practically everything other than the basic sex-ed stuff by reading fanfic. I'm a virgin, so everything I write is what I've learnt from books or reading fanfiction. I'm happy to say that it turns out to be realistic and hot/passionate/sweet, whatever I'm going for in that particular lemon :)

3.) Do you get tingling when writing your lemons? If yes, explain why is that important to you.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. When I first started my lemons weren't that good and I had no experience writing them so I was more embarrassed than anything else. Now, I'm pleased if I do because I know I'm on the right track, and hopefully it will come through in my writing so other people experience those same emotions. It's the same principle as when writing other scenes. I want to ensure that my readers feel particular emotions, and if I feel them when writing it, I'm more confident that they'll also feel it.

4.) What's your favorite sexy times position to read about in fanfic, but that you aren't too crazy about in real life?

Hehe, I don't think I can answer this one since I still have my V-card. Ask me in a year or so and I might be able to answer! :D

5.) Who would be your ultimate, non-canon pairing for a smut fest in Twific?

Ooh, that's a hardone. Those non-canon couples make some smokin' pairings. Hmmm, probably CarlislexRosalie.

6.) Sweet and gentle in the bedroom or rough and tied up in the playroom?

I think I'd prefer it to be sweet and gentle in the bedroom. Maybe the playroom would bring out my wild side though...

7.) How do you like your lemons best: sweet, meaningful and a little abstract so you can infer things, or hot, descriptive, and straight-forward? And tell us why!

Now this I know I can't pick between! The lemon I want to read all depends on the intensity, style and plot of the fic! Sometimes, I want pure smut to get my pulse racing and my mind whirling, in which case it's the latter. Other days, I'm in a lighter mood and I want something that's more loving and emotion based, in which case I'd want the first type of lemon.

8.) What's serves as your inspiration when writing a good lemon? Music? pics? real-life experience?

Certain songs, or lyrics to songs have given me inspiration for a lemon. My most popular lemon/smut one-shot was inspired by Chris Brown's Beg For It. *hums tune* Pictures, things that I've read about, even conversations have inspired my lemons. I've also used real life issues as inspiration. Once again, it all depends upon the plot. If I want a hot, horny, down and dirty lemon, I have a playlist of songs that get me into that mindset and I'll maybe go and re-read a couple of my favourite smut fics. If I want it sweet and loving, I have a different playlist that I use. I also look up quotes, and sometimes even flick through books. Ooh, and dreams! Can't forget about those. ;D

1.) If someone was interested in Twilight, would you tell them to read the books first, watch the movies first or read nothing but smutty fanfic?

I would tell them to read the book’s first. To be honest I bought the movie on a whim. At first I had no interest in it, but soon became hooked. Once you read the books, you get to feel the emotion and love between them. You can interoperate things on how you read and see them in your mind and not on screen. So yes, I say books first, then go dive into the smutty goodness. It’s fun to read them in different situations and picture them living it. For me, it makes it easier to place myself in the story with them. (OK, so maybe have I replace Bella with myself a time or two *wink wink*)

2.) Be honest, in reading fanfic, what have you learned about sex that you didn't know before?

OK, so I will be 32 this year and have two children, I think it is safe to say that I know a thing or two about sex. What I didn’t know, was that BDSM is not at all what I thought it was, and this it has quickly become an obsession of mine. Yes it is raw and deliciously dirty, and I love all the smutty naughtiness, but it’s the tenderness behind it all. I have learned that. I learned that I secretly want to gently be punished and then loved and cared for after.

3.) Do you get tingling when writing your lemons? If yes, explain why is that important to you.

In two words...of course. when one is writing a lemon, you are doing it to excite the reader, and lets face it, when you write, you want the reader to be there in the story, you want the emotion to be there. to me, if my lemons don’t make me want to jump my husband after, then the reader wont connect with it either. I have read more than my fair share of lemons. Some have been OK, but a bit bland. They got the point across, but done draw you into it. Then there are some where I have honestly gone back just to read them again. That is what I strive for. I know they may not all be there yet, but it is important to me that my readers fell the emotion, that they can feel the touches and kisses. well you get the idea. If I don’t tingle from my lemon, I rework it until I do. I probably should not admit this, but I sometimes incorporate real life experiences in them. Now you get to read my stories and figure out what ones I have lived, and what ones I have conjured up in my mind. lol.

4.) What's your favorite sexy times position to read about in fanfic, but that you aren't too crazy about in real life?

Hmm, this is a harder one. I have been with my husband for fourteen years, so there have been a lot of positions. And I will take this question as all sexy times acts. I guess I would have to say sitting on his face. It’s hot when you read it, and I love to picture it, but its just awkward for me.

5.) Who would be your ultimate, non-canon pairing for a smut fest in Twific?

So if I had to choose a non-canon it would be Edward and Jasper. It’s weird, there is not much that I will not read, but slash is not normal one of them. This paring though, I don’t know, there is just something hot about it. I don’t often read other stories where Bella and Edward are not together, I just find it hard to read, but throw me a story with these two boys and I’m game.

6.) Sweet and gentle in the bedroom or rough and tied up in the playroom?

I am a bit greedy when it comes to my lemons. I want it rough and tied up in the play room, and then sweet and gentle in the bedroom. The repeat for several nights...

7.) How do you like your lemons best: sweet, meaningful and a little abstract so you can infer things, or hot, descriptive, and straight-forward? And tell us why!

I think it needs to be a mix of everything. There needs to be enough detail to get you all tingly, but enough missing so that you can add your own flavors. It also depends on the situation. Some require it all played out so that it is hot, steamy and brings out the freak inside, but some times in a story, it needs to be left to the readers imagination. These I find best when written with foreplay, but lave you to finish the lemon in your mind. So, yes, once again I am greedy with my lemons, and want a mix of both.

8.) What's serves as your inspiration when writing a good lemon? Music? pics? real-life experience?

Real life. I can’t listen to music while I write, I get to distracted. I love it when other authors put photos in, sometimes it really helps you see where they are going. For me, it use real life. Sure I know that what works for me, will not work for every one, but I life to play out my fantasies in them as well.

With the mood I am in after answering all these lemony questions, I would say the first thing that comes to mind is the nice little toy that he left for Edward in Fan Fiction, Sex Gods and Single Girls I loved that chapter.
